Qualified Nurses and final year nursing students are being invited to start the New Year with a new job.
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT), which runs Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford, has a number of vacancies across a range of specialities for keen and motivated nurses.
The Trust hopes to recruit to a number of these positions, which include both full and part-time roles and community-based nursing posts, at a recruitment event on Wednesday 23 November.
The event will take place at Leighton Hospital’s School of Nursing between 10am and 4pm. Those interested can even book an interview slot for the day and could walk away with a job offer.
There will also be the chance to tour work areas and speak to current staff members to gain insight from someone who has first-hand experience of working for the Trust.Linda Ormson, Divisional Head of Nursing for Medicine and Emergency Care, said: “This Trust is renowned for the support we give to all new staff - we are consistently ranked as one of the top NHS organisations to work for and this event will give people the opportunity to find out the many reasons why.”
Whilst it is possible to turn up on the day, the Trust advises people to visit www.mcht.nhs.uk/jobs and fill in an online application form in order to guarantee an interview. Those interested can also contact Susan Hossent, Recruitment Manager, directly on 01270 273937.
Those who attend the day are also encouraged to take forms of ID, including any right to work in the UK, photo ID, and proof of address. This will enable the Trust to speed up the recruitment process for individuals offered a job on the day.
