Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) will shortly be holding a number of engagement events with patients and the public to hear their views about healthcare in the local area.
Views will be sought on what aspects of care could be improved over the next few years as part of the Trust’s Quality and Safety Improvement Strategy for 2016-2018.
The current programme has led to a number of significant improvements in the quality and safety of patient care, further information on which will be covered as part of the engagement sessions.
A key component of the Improvement Strategy is the Trust’s commitment to the national “Sign Up to Safety” campaign, which aims to halve the number of cases of avoidable harm in the NHS over the next three years.
Alison Lynch, Director of Nursing and Quality at the Trust, said: “We are keen to ensure that everyone in the local community has the opportunity to have their say on the future of our services.
“By helping to shape the care and treatment that is important to them, our local population will be able to have absolute confidence in the healthcare services that are available to them.”
The engagement sessions are open to anyone, but advanced registration is requested.
To book your place, or for further information, please contact the Patient Experience Manager, on 01270 273961 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
