The Trust is fully committed to continually reviewing and improving services and processes to ensure that we are providing the best care and service for patients, staff and visitors.
“Bright Ideas” builds on the Trust’s commitment to continuous improvement and influencing the culture of our organisation. The scheme is managed by the Service Development Team and is open to all staff and members of the public.
There is a feedback process that ensures that all ideas are considered and outcomes are communicated to anyone who sends in a Bright Idea and provides their contact details.
Ideas can include, but are not restricted to, improvements to the estate or facilities provided, clinical care, communications, equipment, fundraising, outdoor space. No idea is too small or too simple if it makes a difference!
If you have an idea that could improve your experience or someone else’s then please send your Idea into us. We now have mailboxes located in the main entrances at Leighton Hospital, Victoria Infirmary and Elmhurst where you can pick up a submission form and post it back to us or download a copy here - Bright Ideas Suggestion Form (PDF document, link opens in new window). Alternatively, you can submit the your Ideas electronically using the form below.
Make a difference today and help us shape the services we provide and improve the patient experience at Mid Cheshire Hospital Foundation Trust.
