The Agendas, Papers and Minutes for the Trust's Board of Directors are available on the links below.
The Trust is committed to being open and transparent, and as a result will be uploading as many appropriate documents as possible. However, as some documents contain commercially sensitive details (eg, business cases) or confidential information (eg, patient identifiable), they will not be uploaded or will have these elements removed.
Board meetings can be observed by the public either in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams, and a request to do so can be made by emailing corporate.
Procedure for questions from the public at board meetings
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust welcomes questions from the public at its formal Board meeting which are held in public. Questions should relate to the papers under discussion that day and should be submitted in advance of the meeting but no later than the preceding Tuesday to Corporate.
If a question requires a lengthy response, this will be taken forward outside of the meeting.
Questions asked at Board meeting, together with the responses provided will subsequently be available on our website.
Board papers are available on our website four working days before the Board meeting. Details of future meetings, together with agendas and minutes from previous ones are also available on our website.
The Chair reserves the right to refuse any written question that:
- is not within the powers and duties of the Trust to answer
- is defamatory or offensive, or related to individual members of staff
- would require the disclosure of confidential or exempt information
- is substantially the same as a question that has previously been answered
In addition, the Chair may decide not to deal with complex or lengthy subjects during the question session and may choose to respond with written answers only. The Chair has discretion on whether a question can be submitted for answer.
