Nurses Invited To Book Their Own Job Interview

25 July 2016

Qualified Nurses are being invited to book their own job interview as part of an upcoming recruitment event.

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford, is hosting the ‘one stop job shop’ on Wednesday 3 August to recruit to a number of nursing vacancies in its Medicine and Emergency Care Division.

The event, taking place between 1.30pm and 5pm at Leighton Hospital, will give people the chance to meet and speak to staff, tour facilities, and even be interviewed for a position on the day.

Linda Ormson, Divisional Head of Nursing, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Nurses who are looking for a new challenge to see for themselves what our Trust has to offer and to possibly walk away with a job offer.

“We have a number of vacancies, both permanent and temporary, across a number of specialties and on the day will be showcasing these areas. Staff will also be available to share their experiences and answer any questions.”

The Trust has vacancies in a range of General Medicine specialties, including cardiology, respiratory, stroke and rehabilitation, gastroenterology, and diabetes. There are also vacancies in the Emergency Department.

Those interested in attending the event can simply report to Main Reception on the day, but are encouraged to complete an application form (click here, opens in new window) and then call the Trust to book an interview slot.
