On the morning of Tuesday, the 18th April, a section of the A530 / Middlewich Road will be fully closed until Friday the 30th June. The section of road is illustrated on the image below, it is between our site 3 Treatment Centre entrance and the Flowers Lane lights. All traffic exiting the Treatment Centre from site entrance 3 will have to turn left to exit the site along the A530 Middlewich Road.
All other routes remain open.
To help ease traffic congestion around the site, can staff please ensure they are following the below advice:
- Can vehicles exiting onto Flowers Lane (from site entrance 4) turn left only during the closure, this is for employees accessing the Northwich, Middlewich and Winsford areas
- For those accessing the Nantwich and South Crewe (Bentley) areas, use site entrance 3, Treatment Centre
- For those accessing the centre / north of Crewe, use site entrances 1 (Main Entrance) and 2 (ED)
