Today is Nursing Support Workers’ Day, and we have been recognising the vital work and contribution to patient care that our support workers provide with a number of celebrations across the trust.
Nursing support workers are the bedrock of our wards, clinics and community teams, working with everyone from children to adults in all aspects of physical and mental health.
Scott Malton, Director Of Nursing And Quality, said: 'Thank you to all our wonderful support workers across all of our services (in hospital & Community) for all you do and for our amazing HCA support team who provide training & Support'.
A big thank you to all of our nursing support staff for their hard work and dedication to their roles.
