Following our telephone system upgrade that took place late last night (9 Oct) running into the early hours of this morning, we can confirm our phone lines came back online this morning and is now running across all of our sites. We would like to say thank you to the teams involved who ensured that our patients, visitors and staff continued to have alternative contact methods during the downtime.
As part of the works, there will be a further upgrade tonight (10 Oct) between 9.30-10.30pm which will affect Victoria Infirmary. If you need to get in touch with this site during the downtime, please get in touch with our Switchboard team on 01270 255141.

Our telephone system will be undergoing essential maintenance on Wednesday 9 October meaning our phone lines will be out of use between 11.30pm on 9 October and 6am on Thursday 10 October.
