Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has launched a survey to help develop its Green Travel Plan.
The Trust will be speaking to patients and visitors to understand how people currently travel to its three sites – Leighton Hospital in Crewe, the Victoria Infirmary in Northwich (VIN), and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre (ICC) in Winsford.
The face-to-face survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete, will be undertaken on Tuesday 25 February at Leighton Hospital, and at the VIN and Elmhurst ICC on Friday 28 February.
If you are approached to participate, please rest assured that your feedback will be invaluable in helping the Trust improve sustainable travel options, reducing congestion, and creating a healthier, greener workplace.
The responses will play a key role in shaping future initiatives, including cycling initiatives, public transport improvements, and walk to work schemes.
This survey will also form part of the future development of the new Leighton Hospital through the Healthier Futures programme.
