Members of the public are being invited to find out more about their local hospitals, as part of an open meeting being held by Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT).

The Trust, which runs Leighton Hospital in Crewe, the Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford, will be holding its Annual Members’ Meeting between 10am-1.30pm on Wednesday 2 October 2024 at Leighton Hospital in Crewe (CW1 4QJ) in the Lecture Hall.

Members of the Trust, along with the general public, are invited to join the Board of Directors and Council of Governors to find out the latest about the Trust, its sites, the presentation of its annual report and its achievements during the past year.

The Annual Members’ Meeting provides an opportunity for local people to engage with their hospitals, ask any questions they have, meet the staff who work there and learn more about the service improvements that have taken place over the last year.

This year, you will be able to view information stands and chat with staff from a variety of departments about their recent key achievements. You will be able to learn more about our new hospital programme, our new digital clinical system and much more.

The meeting is also an opportunity for us to listen to the experiences, views and comments of the population we serve.

The Trust is asking that those wishing to attend the event register their interest in advance by emailing corporate.governance@mcht.nhs.uk to ensure a place.
