Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to welcome two new additions to their Board of Directors.
Nicola Price will join as Chief People Officer and Nicola Costin-Davis will join as Chief Operating Officer. Both will start at the Trust in January 2024.
Nicola Price joins the trust from the Countess of Chester and has a well-established career in people and OD working at West Midlands Police, Rolls Royce and Bombardier before joining the Countess in 2022.
Nicola Costin-Davis is Director of Operations (Planned Care Group) at Royal Berkshire NHS Trust, but also has experience of working for NHS England/Improvement where she had served as Deputy Locality Director (Strategy and Transformation) for the South East Region for six years.
As well as appointing to our two new Board of Director positions we’re delighted to be able to announce that we will welcome Christopher Knights to Mid Cheshire in the role of Programme Director for our New Hospitals Programme.
Christopher joins us from Torbay and South Devon Trust where he has been the programme director for their New Hospitals Programme (NHP). He will join the team on the 22nd January 2024.

Nicola Price will replace Jenny Grant who is the new Director of People at Aintree and Nicola Costin-Davis will replace Denise Frodsham who will return to her role as Director of Strategic Partnerships after stepping up the role of Chief Operating Officer in July 2023.
