We are in the process of validating our Waiting Lists by sending text messages to patients and asking if their referral is still required. We never ask patients to respond with any personal details, just with Yes or No to our question.
If you receive a text message and have any concerns, you can call us on our main switchboard 01270 255141 and ask to speak to the Secretaries of the specialty that contacted you. The name of the specialty that contacted you will be included in the first text message that you received.
