We are constantly trying to improve the quality of services and care for people affected by cancer, and we can only do this with feedback from people who have been directly affected. As part of this, we are asking people to take part in our Local Cancer Patient Experience Survey, which is available by clicking here or scanning the QR code below.
We are very interested to hear about your experience of cancer care at Leighton Hospital (Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust), where you were told you had cancer. Your feedback will be really important in shaping the future care of our patients.
Taking part in this survey is optional. Any information you choose to provide will be anonymised and used by the Trust to support service improvements.
