Eden Team
The Eden Team Midwives provide labour care for all women birthing at home or on Midwifery Led Unit.
The team also provide antenatal , labour and postnatal care to women and families who:
- Are planning or considering a homebirth
- Have experienced a previous pregnancy loss at 16 weeks of pregnancy or more
- Members of the travelling community
- Women whose postcode is within the bottom decile of deprivation
Labour and birth care for women meeting the above criteria will be provided by the team regardless of place of birth (including labour ward and theatre).
If you are eligible to be cared for by the team, they will contact you following referral from a Midwife. You are also able to self refer to request care from the team using the link below.
