If you’re pregnant, nicotine replacement products are the recommended option to help you to stop smoking. If, however, you find using a vape helpful for quitting, and staying smokefree, it’s much safer for you and your baby than continuing to smoke tobacco. If this is your chosen method of becoming smoke-free, you will be supported to do so. It is important to ensure you buy your vapes from reputable stores. The Independent British Vape Trade Association (IBVTA) can provide you with a list of reputable vape stores.
